MANAGERS SPECIAL / 16602A 31HSD16602AH

The Homestead is a smart little single section from Schult that proves good things come in efficient packages. This one is a Manager’s Special, marked down to $69,900, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms tucked into 900 square feet on a 16 by 60 foot frame. It’s an easy floor plan for a couple, a single buyer, or anyone who wants a second bathroom without paying for square footage they don’t need. Priced where it’s priced, this is the kind of home that moves fast off our lot, so don’t wait too long to come see it in person.
