We bought our home a little under a year ago and everything from start to finish has been wonderful! Cody was personable with us and we could tell instantly he wasn’t your typical business owner just trying to get a purchase from us. We truly felt he cared about our best interest. Hayleigh was incredible! She was knowledgeable, professional, and worked efficiently! The process went so smoothly. The contractors they use are great and we had no issues with the setup of the home including AC, plumbing and electricity. Kayla in maintence is AMAZING! When I contacted her about our cosmetic list after 30 days of living in the home, she handled it right away and someone from the factory got in touch with us and took care of our list. I’ve called Kayla a few times about issues WE caused and she gave the best advice for going about fixing them. I’ve heard horror stories about purchasing manufactured homes and picking the right company to purchase them from is the most important decision you will make. We highly recommend LA Manufactured Homes because we had nothing short of a great experience purchasing our first home together!
