Gold Medal / Opal 5663

The Opal is a light, bright single section home from Cavco Lake Arlington’s Gold Medal series, built for a small family or anyone looking to downsize without giving up comfort. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across 1,178 square feet on a 16 by 80 foot frame, with clerestory dormers that let natural light pour into the family room and primary bedroom. The secondary bedrooms and bathroom sit on the opposite end of the home from the primary suite, so everyone gets their own space, and the primary bath includes a separate soaking tub and a large tiled shower. If you like the idea of tall windows and a bright, open feel in a manufactured home, the Opal is worth seeing in person.
